Virgle Activities

Sights
The red planet has much to offer in the way of sights and activities. Imagine scaling the untouched martian rock formations in your rugged* Virgle spacesuit and reaching the top of a beautiful mesa. The amazing red landscape stretching out before you as you sip your lunch from helmet tubes.

And the sunsets, Oh, the martian sunsets! The subdued soft white glow of the diminished sun descending on the horizon like some great, shining pearl. A sight like this is unparalleled on earth unless you're watching the final fatefull hours of Armageddon. But no plagues and horsemen of death here, just the pristine martian wilderness at its finest.

Sports
Once you've delighted your senses with the incredible, untouched landscape, head on over to the Virgle Sailcraft racetrack and man your own wind propelled vehicle.

virgle horizonThe constant dust storms, while fraught with visual impairment, serve as steady wind power for your sailcraft. Special visor gps displays will help you navigate through the smooth track lanes as the biting martian soil cascades harmlessly* around your spacesuit.

Safety tip: Keep an eye on your wind velocity indicator. Once thirty mpg is exceeded the smaller martian rock begins to take flight. As the wind picks up you might find yourself sailing through what has been termed "horizontal hailstorms." Head for the nearest shelter and check your suit for punctures.

*Virgle spacesuits, while currently classified under "prototype" status proudly maintain a 92.3% success rating under optimal conditions. Though extreme subzero martian winters drastically lower this rating, V.I.S.I.O.N. is confident that ongoing research will achieve greater results in the near future.
